Ingredients
4-5 lbs crosscut beef ribs
Marinade
3 cups dark soy sauce
1 cup rice vinegar
½ cup pineapple juice
1 ½ cups water
1 lemon, zested & juiced
3 cups brown sugar
8 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
4 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 bunch green onion, chopped

Garnish
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 to 4 chopped onions
Mix all marinade ingredients together, stirring well to dissolve sugars & spices. Pour over ribs and marinate for a good 24 hours – a large sealable freezer bag works great. Turning occasionally throughout the marinating time.

Pull ribs out and grill – about 5 mins each side.
Boil remaining marinade, then pour some over the bbq’d ribs. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds & chopped onion.

A side of rice and desired veggie makes this an incredible meal.
